Sarra Turki

10 Mins

Sarra here! I'm a copywriter with 5 years of experience crafting content that engages and informs. I've written for brands, small businesses, and everything in between. My goal is always to produce the best possible content for my clients, whether it's a website, a brochure, or just a tweet.

I approach every project with fresh eyes and an open mind. I'm not afraid to think outside the box to come up with original solutions that get results. And I always make sure to have a little fun along the way.

Tell us a little about yourself, why you chose your career path

I've always enjoyed writing, and I decided to pursue a career in copywriting because it seemed like a great way to combine my love of writing with my interest in marketing. I've found that I really enjoy the challenge of creating effective marketing communications, and I'm always looking for new ways to engage and inform my audience.

What is your role at Sustainability Champions, and why do you love working here?

I am a blog contributor at Sustainability Champions. I write articles about sustainable living, sustainable innovation, green business practices, and environmental issues. I love working here because I'm able to share my passion for sustainability with a wide audience, and I also get to learn about all the amazing things that businesses and individuals are doing to create a more sustainable future.

What song best describes your work ethic?

Survivor - Eye Of The Tiger. Gotta love this song for its can-do attitude and never-give-up spirit. It's the perfect anthem for anyone who's working hard to achieve their goals.

Tell us one Sustainability Champion you admire and why?

I admire Isaac Nicholson, Co-Founder, and CEO of Circular Systems and Champion of Recycled Textiles. Waste is a huge problem, and I think Circular Systems is doing a great job of finding innovative ways to turn waste into something valuable. Plus, not only

is he working to create a more sustainable future for fashion, but he's also using circular technologies to close the loop on textile waste. His work is truly inspiring, and I'm excited to see what he does next.

What's one thing you've changed about your lifestyle lately in the name of sustainability

One thing that I have changed about my lifestyle lately in the name of sustainability is that I have started to compost. I think it's important to reduce our waste, and composting is a great way to do that. It's also really easy, and it's something that everyone can do.

If you could be the best in the world at something, what would it be?

Something creative. Whether it’s painting, writing, or even cooking, I love expressing my creativity and putting my own spin on things.

If you were famous, what would your stage name be?

Sarra? Sounds good to me!
